Approach

I am honored to work with couples and to have the privilege to be invited into their relational and individual worlds. I believe that relational health is the heart and soul for our growth and overall contentment with our life’s journey.

To love, to be open to the energy of love and to experience that with another is truly life shifting. Couples present to therapy for a variety of reasons but share an underlying need to be heard and respected. The Gottman Model provides couples a structure and process to accomplish this. This integrative model strives towards evidence based interventions that allow for insight, growth and increased connectivity for couples.

I believe the task of a therapist is to help create a environment where couples feel safe to share their relational story, achieve mutual understanding and realize increased connectivity.
